6.5.1. The Party’s Control and Audit Commission controls the use of funds and the financial activities of the Party, conducts annual and quarterly internal party financial audit (control) of the Party’s income and expenses, Party Organizations, requests and receives reporting information from the highest governing bodies of the Party, Party Organizations on the use of party funds and Party property, prepares and reports at the Party Congress on the results of the internal party financial audit (control) of the Party, supervises the preservation of party property, as well as the implementation and observance of the Program and Charter of the Party by the highest governing bodies of the Party, Party Organizations, Cells and their officials, submits reports to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption within the time limit and in the form prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.
