6.3.1. In the period between Congresses, the highest governing body of the Party is the Supreme Council of the Party.
6.3.2. The Supreme Council of the Party is headed by the Chairman of the Party, who is a member of the Supreme Council of the Party ex officio.
6.3.3. The Congress determines the number and composition of members of the Supreme Council of the Party.
