And thirdly (most importantly) – does he undertake (and what exactly) to compensate voters physically and materially for the risk of not fulfilling his obligations? Because the so-called political responsibility in the best case for the “speaker” ends with dismissal from the position, but with a big wallet in currency (A. 5. "Simple" questions (various)
The law is – AS IT SHOULD BE. Yes, we have many “wonderful” laws, the “best” Constitution, but citizens, for some reason, do not feel this “improvement”. The law “acts” selectively, because authority structures, first of all, protect their system… by violating their own laws… It is necessary to appeal (appeal) to security forces, as well as soldiers, because the OP (the office of the President) destroys the pasionarians under the slogans “the country is in danger” with a quiet breath.
Whose “country”? Those who profit from this country?
Until physically people start to choose JUSTICE, “hybrid genocide” from two sides will finish this country and people…
The law cannot work by itself. It “works” when the Citizen performs it. And if this does not happen, then the principles of the “democratic world” do not work. These principles are full of loopholes for sabotaging being a Citizen. That is why there is a people (who are actually not wise at all and who are used by the government), and there are Citizens and they should have different rights and, accordingly , various duties. Then ALL Citizens will vote, and the people will simply live according to the rules of the Republic.
The war began and citizens stood in line at the military commissariat, and part of the people (not including women with children) began to flee abroad. But when, after 2 years of war, it became clear to everyone that Ze-Command in a hybrid way (patriotic slogans, extortion of business, corruption, not the development of its military industry) destroys citizens (who stood up for the defense of the country), and together with the people, then it became clear that even the Citizens do not want to fight for such a State. By now driving everyone to the front, the authorities are reducing the number of the protest electorate.
Until you change the POWER SYSTEM – the war will continue. Therefore, voting is the only way of a peaceful change of power.
First you need to understand what PENSION is.
A pension (in the general case) is a payment established for workers and employees after they reach a certain age and have the appropriate length of service. The main source of the pension fund is a deduction from the salary of a specific person. That is, pensioners are provided by their labor results and the working-age population. The higher the salary, the greater (in absolute terms) the deductions. The more people and their salaries, the larger the size of the pension fund. So, the stronger the economy and the more the population participates in its growth, the larger the pension can be.
But to which structure one should pay one’s savings (public or private), or invest in another business, or buy shares, or hide under a pillow – this should be decided by the person himself.
First, promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
Secondly, to develop a system of evaluation (rating) of medical facilities and doctors, which takes into account technical equipment and individual rating of doctors, which is formed by patients.
Thirdly, to study the experience of the Georgian universal health care program, to obtain a review by Ukrainian specialists.
First, record and assess material losses. Secondly, create an information base of victims (identify by categories). Thirdly, assess losses and damage to health. These assessments will serve as a justification for the amount of compensation and the creation of a compensation program.
1. Allow the legal sale of only natural drugs. Establish medically justified quotas for consumption and control the consumption of everyone who buys (stands on the record).
2. In case of repeated violation – “deportation” or sending to forced labor with restriction of movement.
Mankind has come up with three ways. The first is power, for this you need to have “power”. The second is political, you need to be able to bargain (if there is anything). At the same time, remember that “Nothing contributes to reaching a compromise like compromising material.” The third is evolutionary. Make your country better than many others, so that they want to be friends with you and put up with you.
Each person should be responsible only for his actions or omissions that fall within his sphere of responsibility.
Ze won according to the “honest” law, because the people were under the “dose” of the series “Servant of the People”. Many people believed in the fairy tale and voted for this fairy tale against the background of bankrupt trust in Poroshenko due to his corruption and failure to fulfill his promises. But a year later it became clear that a young, money-hungry mob of bandits in white collars had arrived.
Now, on the one hand, Zelensky is being manipulated as our internal “uncles”, who, having created hothouse conditions for him and made him a public “hero” who traveled the world and received ovations from the parliaments of countries, and they completely cut him off from the real levers of power. His ambitious mind was not able to understand the corrupt power of the state system, which took root in Ukraine in 30 years.
On the other hand, he swallowed the bait of Biden & So he gave belligerent promises to the whole world that he would end the Russian Federation quickly. And this fake was facilitated by both his entourage and paid bloggers who earn from likes.
Thus, instead of building a military-industrial complex, a lot of money from the 19th year was spent on building roads (read, money laundering), etc. And now the citizens have become hostages of an endless war under his rule, and he, in turn, has become a hostage between us and the Western pragmatic Deep State, which needs war.
Ours – as a means of profit, the West – to solve its geopolitical goals at the expense of Ukraine. Nobody needs another strong country in the center of Europe. And yes, they are weakening the Russian Federation and Ukraine. Our government is profiting, and the West is preparing the territory for a large market. Well, now Ze has ceased to be necessary, at least for the West, because the amount of funds stolen in Ukraine has already become obscenely insolent even for the West. Compromise has been collected, on the one hand, on the other, a real rebellion is brewing in the country.
