On September 1, the commander of the anti-tank platoon, Georgy Shovkoshitny, was killed near Malaya Tokmachka at the front.

“Our youngest son died… From the first day of the full-scale invasion, he went to the TRO, and from April 22, 2022, he also voluntarily joined the Armed Forces. He fought near Bakhmut, near Avdiyevka, in Sumy Oblast. Died in Zaporizhzhia, like a real Cossack!”, wrote on Facebook his father Volodymyr Shovkoshitny, writer and publisher, co-author of the text of the Declaration on State Sovereignty of Ukraine, People’s Deputy of the 1st convocation of the Verkhovna Rada of independent Ukraine, liquidator of the Chernobyl accident, organizer and one of participants in the reburial from Siberia to Kyiv of the remains of political prisoners of the Soviet regime, Vasyl Stus, Yuri Lytvyn, and Oleksa Tykhoi.

“We have just collected funds for drones for his unit, and today we find out that our Hoga is gone – it just doesn’t fit in our heads! The best are leaving, but we are left with unbearable pain…Eternal glory to the Hero!”, writes George’s uncle, Viktor Shovkoshitny.

Their compatriots and fellow villagers express their condolences to the parents and all relatives.

Negotiations took place in the Ukraine-Israel-USA triangle. The main topic is the transfer of the Israeli Patriot systems to the USA for modernization and their subsequent transfer to Ukraine. A month ago, Israel refused to hand over the complexes, citing the fact that it was waiting for an attack by Iran. This was not true – the complexes were not removed from conservation. There are two reasons for Netanyahu’s behavior.

Subjective – the Israeli hardly hides his personal negative attitude towards our President for his “special relationship” with Arab mediators.

Objective – Netanyahu has still not severed his ties with Moscow and does not want to endanger Israeli planes in Syria, where the Russians have not yet taken away all their air defense systems. After talks with Zelenskyi, Netanyahu had talks with Blinken. The bottom line is that the first three complexes are leaving Israel for the USA “in the near future”.

Five countries of the alliance promised to send additional air defense systems and ammunition to Ukraine “in the near future”, Sweden, Norway, Spain, Italy and Great Britain – “were stockpiling”. There is a problem – Ukraine does not have enough personnel to maintain these air defense systems. The four states of the alliance, the USA, Spain, Norway and Sweden, are ready to undertake the training of an additional number of Ukrainian specialists for the maintenance of the systems provided in the future. The allies, led by the USA, promised to do everything possible so that the new integrated air defense system of Ukraine, which is currently being created here with the help of the USA, would work “to the fullest extent” in November of this year.

At the upcoming consultations between the US and the Russian Federation, the latter expects to discuss its “new proposals regarding control and restrictions on the supply of American weapons to Ukraine.” Roughly speaking, Putin is ready to exchange the territory of the Kharkiv border for a ban on the use of American weapons in Kurshchyna. As of now, the US position is “It’s too late and neither Ukraine nor us are interested.”

Consultations of energy experts of Ukraine took place. The USA and the EU – our side reported to the allies about the scale of destruction and damage. The parties agreed that they were not critical and would not significantly affect the functioning of the energy system of Ukraine. “If appropriate measures are taken to overcome the consequences of the destruction and damage, and if the promised aid from donors is received, in the next 15-20 days it is possible to restore the energy supply to 70-80 percent of the level that was before the attack.”

After the decision of the President of the USA to transfer JASSM missiles to Ukraine and the permission to use them at full range, the Russian Federation transferred almost all of its front-line aviation to airfields that are outside the range of damage by these missiles. Only a dozen Su-25s remained at the airfields in the affected area. We must force the development of our own “Missile Program” – our missiles, already developed and launched in series, will reach any target on the European part of the Russian Federation.
